Our Story

Owner- Sheri Ross, M.A.

After a rewarding career as an Ombudsman investigating abuse of the elderly, the largest problem I saw was the over prescribing of opiates and antipsychotic drugs. I decided to further my educational career, received my masters in Leadership Coaching from Saint Mary's College of California and made it my goal in life to guide people to a new holistic life.

While on my personal journey to finding a holistic lifestyle, I came across CBD (cannabidiol) and all the benefits CBD has to offer, including pain and anxiety relief. As an avid user of CBD products, I am a personal testament of its benefits and encourage everyone to try CBD as a natural relief source. Our goal here at A New Holistic Life is to help educate our community on the benefits of CBD and how it can help you live your best life. We are one of the first stores in Redwood City to sell CBD, and one of the only stores in the San Francisco Peninsula that carry CBD products that contain no THC, ensuring you feel comfortable with what you put on and in your body. 

At A New Holistic Life, we strive to help everyone live a healthy and purposeful life. In addition to a variety of CBD products, we also offer kratom, mushroom extracts, various holistic products for the home, massage by appointment, and have a sauna on site.
